Most distressing and embarrassing surgical ailment.
53 year old male presented with fistula in anus for 6 years. He was much irritated about the illness and there was discharge of fluid and occasionally blood from the opening. He also had restless sleep. After dedicated case taking the prescription on 19/05/05 was Calcphos 200. After one month he reported that the amount of discharge had reduced much and there was no bleeding. Three months later, the discharge was very scanty and only occasionally. Fistula size was much less. But after a long journey, he had a slight aggravation of complaint with bleeding. Calcphos 200 was repeated and he had good relief. After three years of treatment, his fistula had almost reduced in size, without any discharge and he was least bothered about it.
